Horizon serves people in Milwaukee, Waukesha, Ozaukee, Sheboygan, Washington, Dodge, Racine and Kenosha counties.

Depending on the volunteer role you choose, you could be volunteering at one or more of the following locations:

• Horizon offices
• Grief Resource Center
• Kathy Hospice
• Lawlis Family Hospice
• Alexian Village (or other partner facilities)
• Patient homes
