Caregiver Question

We received a call from a concerned gentleman whose father has dementia. After moving his father in with him, worsening dementia has made it clear his father needs to move somewhere that can provide around-the-clock care. How does one cope with the guilt that is felt for needing to move a loved one somewhere else, and how do you have the conversation?
