We not only grieve our loved one, but we grieve for all of the ways that life shifts and changes because they are not here. People often think they are having a “pity party” or “feeling sorry for themselves”, when in fact, they are experiencing the most painful part of grief—the grief for themselves. Come learn about secondary losses and how to help yourself cope with this immense pain.
