Horizon Home Care & Hospice is seeking Home Health Aides / CNA’s for our growing Private Duty Home Care Program.  Full and Part-Time opportunities available!!

Private Duty Home Health Aides develop long lasting, life-enriching relationships with their patients while they provide high level nursing assistant care and life-enriching activities.

Like the idea of home care, but nervous about the travel?  Most Private Duty cases are Extended Hour Cases (8-12 hours/shift).  So enjoy the adventure that comes with traveling throughout Southeastern Wisconsin, but have comfort that comes with spending extended hours one-on-one with your patient(s).
