Navigating change is never easy, and that includes the changing of the seasons. The shift from fall to winter brings with it a host of feelings. It is so common to experience this time of year as joyful and challenging all at once. The holidays and the approaching new year, along with harsher weather conditions and shorter days make it a perfect time to connect and get support.
In this talking circle, we will share our stories and ways to navigate this time of year. Being in circle together offers us a chance to listen deeply and a chance to be heard.
A circle of 5 or more people will be needed, please register in advance.
Registration deadline is Wednesday, November 22nd: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/springGRC2023
