Parent Bereavement Group for Adults: Tuesdays, August 6th-October 22nd, 4-5:30 pm

This is a weekly support group for adults who have lost a parent. This group is ideal for those who were caregivers for their deceased parent.

Individuals can attend one or all twelve meetings.

This six week group helps you process and heal from your grief through a variety of writing exercises and activities. All supplies will be provided.

This eight week grief support group is for any adult experiencing grief due to the death of a loved one, family member or friend.

This eight week grief support group is for any adult experiencing grief. This group will focus on helping you find inner peace amidst the tumultuous storm of grief.

Essential Oils Make & Take: Thursday, October 24th, 3:30 pm

What comes to mind when you hear Orange Spice, Apple Pie, Pumpkin Spice, Granny's Baked Cookies, Skippie Dippie Trippie Hippie, Manly Man, Lavender Lemonade? Nope, it is not a cooking workshop!  Join us Thursday October 24th at 3:30 and choose to make any 2 of these recipes in a foaming hand soap dispenser for your house using PURE essential oils (not perfume!). Yup!  It's true.  We are going to bust the idea that essential oils can't be a fun part of your home! 

In addition to the 2 foaming hand soap dispensers, you will make a lip balm or wound ointment, a hand lotion and a room spray to take home with you. 

Please pre-register no later than October 3rd so that ample supplies will be available for the first 6 people to pre-pay $25 participation fee payable to Horizon in cash. 

The group had a blast March 14th with the make and take! Ask Kayla!

This is a two part workshop, but you do not have to attend both to find benefit from the material. Part on will be held on Tuesday October 22nd and part two will be held on Tuesday December 3rd.
