New Six Week Session of Gentle Yoga Class

This is a gentle yoga class aimed at stress reduction through stretching, movement, breathing, and meditation. This class if for all ages and all abilities. All poses will be modified for any body. Class can be done in a chair. Class is taught by certified yoga teacher Pat Hartman from Copper Tree Yoga Studio.

Class Dates: Mondays, 9:15—10:45 am. Contact Horizon Grief Resource Center at (414) 586-8328 for six week session dates. Cost is $66 per 6 week session;  $60 for 5 class pass (expires in two months); or $14 per class.
