This is a gentle class aimed at stress reduction through stretching, movement, breathing, and meditation.

This class is for all ages and all abilities. All poses will be modified for any body. Class can be done in a chair.

Mondays, October 23rd - November 27th, 9:15-10:45 AM

Cost is $66 per 6 week session. Must be paid by the first day of the new session.

Class is taught by certified yoga teacher Pat Hartman from Copper Tree Yoga Studio.
