Get in Tune with Journaling
3:00-5:30 PM
Journaling is a great way to get in tune with how you are feeling, gain insight into yourself, as well as see the changes in your grief journey. Learn and experiment with basic written journaling techniques and play with art journaling. No artistic skill or talent required—just a willingness to experiment and try.
Workshop Date: Thursday May 11th, 3:00—5:30 pm
Register by Friday April 28th by calling Horizon Grief Resource Center at (414) 586-8383. Minimum 3 registrants required to run. Free workshops. All supplies will be provided.
