Join us for a one-time discussion about the book The Grieving Body written by grief expert, neuroscientist and psychologist, Dr. Mary-Frances O’Connor. This book focuses on the impact of grief and life’s other major stressors on the body. Books are not provided but participants can find this title at any local library.
