Kristin Neff, PhD and Christopher Germer, PhD are the leading researchers and teachers of Mindful Self-Compassion, which includes a series of activities and practices that increase self-acceptance, build inner strength, and instill a greater sense of peace.
In this one-hour interactive workshop, we will experience some of the mindful self-compassion activities and you will leave with a few new practices to incorporate into your life.
