Many of us lack confidence in understanding our emotions or knowing what to do with them. We aren’t necessarily taught or shown how to listen to them and express them effectively. This webinar is for anyone who wants to explore new ways of relating to your emotions and the emotions of others, and learn a few tools for navigating big emotions.
