Music can trigger so many feelings and even take us back to a certain place and time. While these might be lovely memories, sometimes we may find music difficult to embrace during times of grief. Join our guest speaker, Lisa Paulson, a Licensed Music Therapist with Horizon Home Care & Hospice, as she helps us take a deeper look at the benefits of using music throughout our grief journey.
