Soothing Physical Grief: Massage Techniques at Home Webinar

While grief is seen as an emotional experience of the mind and heart, it’s also important to note that our bodies hold and express grief as well. We will be joined by Jordan Meyer, a licensed medical massage therapist and educator, as our guest speaker. He will give us tips and tricks to target some highly tense and stressed places in our body that may benefit from some self-massage techniques.
