Mindful Moments Support Group Registration Deadline

This short-term support group is open to any individual (WI resident) who is grieving the death of someone in their lives. We will focus on how mindfulness can help us throughout our grief journey and work together on building up these skills to help us through waves of grief. Individuals will have a chance to share about how grief is affecting their lives, will practice mindfulness techniques in group, and will be asked to try other mindfulness outlets on their own throughout this time.
