Understanding Your Grief Support Group

This twelve week group utilizes the book Understanding Your Grief : Ten Essential Touchstones for Finding Hope and Healing Your Heart by Alan Wolfelt and its corresponding journal, which will be provided.
Each participant will be required to read a chapter of the book prior to each session.
