Weekly Gentle Yoga Class
9:15--10:30 am
This is a gentle yoga class aimed at stress reduction through stretching, movement, breathing, and meditation. This class is for all ages and all abilities. All poses will be modified for any body. Class can be done in a chair.
Class is taught by certified yoga teacher Pat Hartman from Copper Tree Yoga Studio.
Cost is $14 per class; $66 for 6 week session; or $60 for 5 class pass (expires in two months).
Begin any Monday you are interested. You do not need to pre-register. Class not meeting Memorial Day & Labor Day.
