Book Discussion: Understanding Your Grief

Wednesdays March 7th---May 16th 1:00—3:00 pm (Not meeting 4/18/18)
This 10 week book discussion will explore Alan Wolfelt’s Ten Touchstones of Grief. You will receive a copy of the book Understanding Your Grief and the corresponding journal. We will be reading one chapter per week.
Register by Friday February 16th in order to have time to read the first chapter before the first meeting. Register by calling Horizon Grief Center at (414) 586-8383. Free workshop. Minimum of three people registered to run this book discussion.
