In the health care industry, there is a definite need for those working within it to relieve stress and lift spirits. It is what allows us to return to patients with vitality and warmth. So in order to procure this Horizon has established "fun months," wherein twelve unique departments will be responsible for improving one month out of the year with fun, engaging and inclusive activities for all of Horizon to utilize.

This month, our Technology Team of four wonderful gentlemen put together a Holiday Cookie Exchange, an Ugly Holiday Sweater Contest, and a Wii Bowling Tournament! All three events were a smash hit. Over 100 people voted on whose sweater was the ugliest and most festive. Phrases like, "I needed that break in my day" were heard over the sounds of laughter and inspired conversation during the Wii Bowling Tournament, which we are talking about today.
